About Me and how I differ from other Career Professionals, Career Consultants & Career Coaches

With additional postgraduate study in Workplace Wellbeing at Trinity, she is passionate about supporting leaders in strengthening organisational culture, driving employee engagement, and embedding workplace wellbeing into organisational strategy. My journey to Career Coaching & Consulting.
After graduating from an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree, I entered the professional world at the height of the recession. Lacking in ‘contacts’ and located in Galway in the West of Ireland, I quickly learned that I was going to have to have to move to Dublin to land my first job.
I have never forgotten that feeling of sheer vulnerability, not knowing what the future held for me at that moment, and I believe that has contributed to my skills as a career coach in genuinely understanding what my client is feeling and going through as I work with them.
Almost two decades later, with experience in recruitment & employer branding, career guidance, leadership, organisational culture and workplace wellbeing, I utilise my experience to empower you to take control of your career, steering it to a place of career wellbeing where it enables you to create and embrace the life you want to live.
Having worked in HR & Recruitment, I have a strong understanding of many jobs, careers and industries which my clients find helpful as we work together. I help my clients identify what type of job, team, company, industry and culture would best suit them in line with their personal and professional aspirations.
My recruitment experience blended with my post graduate studies in Career Development and Coaching at Warwick University and Workplace Wellness at Trinity, enable me to support clients to identify the real cause of their career dissatisfaction, lack of confidence and motivation at work, or failure to secure their desired job or promotion. I then support them in applying solutions and implementing a practical plan of action to achieve their work and career goals.
I am proud to be a top Career Consultant & Coach in Ireland, passionate about helping individuals to take control of their career, supporting organisations to retain and engage their talent and being a trusted voice across national media and events.
I provide career workshops and programmes for the public, corporate career wellbeing talks & programmes for organisations and media interviews, writing and keynote speaking for wellness events.
