What is the content of this workshop based on?
I completed a post graduate qualification in career coaching and development studies at Warwick University and therefore am a fully qualified career coach. I use my learnings from this qualification along with my own career experience working as a career coach. I also have 11 years’ experience working in Human Resource & Recruitment Departments as a HR & Recruitment Manager within various industries. This empowers me to really understand what you are going through during the recruitment process and enables me to share my expertise of the recruitment process with you!
How does the online workshop work?
If purchasing the replay after the workshop has taken place, you will receive a link within 48 hours after purchase to watch it. Upon receipt of the link, please take note of the expiry to ensure you watch it in time.
If attending live, we connect via zoom. People don’t usually bother turning on their camera’s so don’t worry - you won’t have to show your face to anyone! Most people prefer to submit their questions, comments & feedback to me through a private chat function throughout the workshop. I can then answer the questions verbally so that everyone can learn from them, however, I don’t disclose names when doing so, so your questions are completely confidential. This provides for a really engaging session as people feel comfortable asking their questions privately yet hearing everyones concerns and struggles through the questions. The workshop consists of a mixture of me talking through various slides and guiding you through exercises that you will have time to complete during the workshop.
Can I book in for a one to one career coaching session to discuss my findings from the workshop with you on a more individual level?
Yes! I’d encourage you to do that, if you’re in a position to. We can work together on an individual plan for you to keep up the momentum you started at the workshop so that you secure your desired job asap.

Can I get a refund or transfer to a future date if I cannot attend?
Refunds & date transfers are not possible, however, you’re welcome to gift the ticket to someone you feel could benefit from the workshop should you not be able to attend.
