FAQs
What is the content of this workshop based on?
I completed a post graduate qualification in career coaching and development studies at Warwick University and therefore am a fully qualified career coach. I use my learnings from this qualification along with my own career experience working as a career coach. I also have 11 years’ experience working in Human Resource & Recruitment Departments as a HR & Recruitment Manager within various industries. This empowers me to really understand what you are going through during the recruitment process and enables me to share my expertise of the recruitment process with you!
How does the online workshop work?
If attending live, we connect via zoom. There is no pressure on you to turn your camera on or speak! 50% of attendees don’t usually bother turning on their camera’s so don’t worry - you won’t have to show your face to anyone! Should you wish to join those that do turn their camera on you’re more than welcome! Most people prefer to submit their questions, comments & feedback to me through a private chat function throughout the workshop. I can then answer the questions verbally so that everyone can learn from them, however, I don’t disclose names when doing so, so your questions are completely confidential. This provides for a really engaging session as people feel comfortable asking their questions privately yet hearing everyones concerns and struggles through the questions. The workshop consists of a mixture of me talking through various slides and guiding you through exercises that you will have time to complete during the workshop. I will provide a demo on how to create an online vision board during the workshop.

Can I book in for a one to one career coaching session to discuss my findings from the workshop with you on a more individual level?
Yes! I’d encourage you to do that, if you’re in a position to. We can work together on an individual plan for you to keep up the momentum you started at the workshop so that you secure your desired job asap.
